Yes it can be as it's quite chunky glass. You'd have to go some to damage it. There's also access panels in the front wheel arch which may be useful. The fairing around the lights is sometimes held on with tiger seal or similar and in some cases has studs glued to it which requires removing the wheel arch panels to undo the nuts holding it on. You might be able to remove the reflectors from the back but that'll be fun with corroded fasteners.
