Discussion
Folks,
Sure there is a thread on this already, but search is up to its usual self and i went cross eyed by the time i was 20 pages back!
Is there a thread to help a newbie prospective Cerbera owner understand the different variances of the car and the pros / cons of them and the things to look for when actually viewing one.
Cheers.

Great guide, but you might want to fix the inconsistent production figures
The text states approx 1550 Cerbs, but the history by year gives 1775
Elsewhere on PH Nemasis has stated that 1995 Cerbs were produced, so lots of room for confusion!
Just had a quick look on "how many left" 399 on the road this year The text states approx 1550 Cerbs, but the history by year gives 1775

(and where on earth did you find that figure out so quickly ??
)Above link didn't work. There were 415 SORN too at the end of Q1:

In the seven years I've owned mine it has spent probably half of that on SORN, usually over the winter
Unfortunately it still is on SORN, but I hope to have it back on the road by the end of the month
The end of the tax disc has made it much easier to SORN the car even for short periods

Hi Paul
Great article "The History Of The TVR Cerbera"
I even recognise a few pics you've used. Russ and yourself at Reims and two of my engine bay before and after short induction / carbon fibre airbox backplate mods.
Kind regards
Simon

You have been an inspiration to all Cerb owners.
BTW
Where did you get your wheels re-coloured ?
Mine need doin' and you obviously know good peeps
P.S.
To all you lucky SORN peeps: I did that with mine last year. Cost me an arm n a leg to get her re-registered and that's apart from the trauma of the documentation.
Have decided to keep her insured and taxed this year, despite the fact that she's been off the road for most of this year
(Road Tax - €641pa)

Hi Paul
My wheels are painted in Moonraker Black to match the bodywork paint.
They were done by Option 1 in Bromsgrove.
Would be much cheaper to have yours powder coated in plain black I suspect.
Mine were around £90 each inc VAT.
Kind regards
Simon

( I didn't mean re-doing in Black - I will redo them in the original Silver - but thanks all the same
