CERB SPEED SIX VS TUSCAN SPEED 6

why does the tuscan s6 produce more power than the cerbera s6. aren't the 2 engines the same? what I'm really getting at is can the cerb s6 be tuned to the same power as the tuscan s6? Dont worry, I'm not trying to start the s6 vs v8 debate! New to this site, read loads of the threads and gather you are getting a bit tired of that debate.
