Just wondering if anyone has a door/window control unit for sale?

Mine has a distinct whiff of burn inside the box which isn't good. Tried a friends box and it works, mine does not. I know exactly how I did it and I shall learn from this experience, if you plan on using a 12v battery to pop the solenoid when your battery is flat and the emergency release cable is seized, unplug the connector first. banghead

So we can all avoid similar, could you explain exactly where you applied the damaging volts?
