After poking around to try and re-connect my lighter socket that has screwed itself loose over time I've managed to blow the fuse and also lost my radio, courtesy lights and clock (but that is OK when the engine is on though...)

I've a later car with a Tuscan fuse box, so I tried the trusty Tuscan fuse guide I have any all of the sensible choices, such as 12 V lighter / Radio / Interior lights o n 39 I think it was, which is an empty slot on mine are no good. I also checked the original Cerb fuse numbering from the manual and nothing corresponded there either.

Am I going completely mad, or have TVR switched the fuses randomly around in my car?

So if you blew the fuse, how do you not know which one it is? Or am I missing comething here?

Is it possible that they have used an in-line fuse for the socket/radio: if so, trace the wiring back until you get to it.

If I wasn't being lazy I could check through all of them, but alas I was, so I relied on the manuals which were no help (big surprise!).

I don't think its the inline fuse for the stereo, as the clock lighter and interior lights are affected, just a matter of locating the fuse without spending half an hour with my head in the boot

You could have checked them all in the time it has taken you to make these three posts.

I could indeed, but alas I'm stuck in the office right now If needs be will go through them all tomorrow.

Besides which, I'm confused at why neither the Cerbera or Tuscan fuse diagrams seems to match the actual car...

Ah, the answer to that one is easy. Its a TVR!

Whatever makes you think they keep the documentation in line with the implementation. At least you have a handbook - how do you think the Tuscan 2 and Sagaris owners feel.
