Air/ Fuel Ratio not adjustable. Crazy readings

Crankshaft sensor cleaned (pretty dirty with bits stuck to sensor bit).
Wound down idle screw; reset the throttle pot so reading 15.2; same to odd throttle pot; adjusted bar so both throttles even; adjusted idle screw so throttles at 18 (slight play in bar but not concerned).
Started ok, lowish idle (850ish) Go to adjust even throttle pot from -34(!!) and will only go to -24 at the max adjustment. Repeat, repeat, no change? Remove even TP screws and adjust across and adaptive goes right down to - 5. Swapped TP and exactly the same happens. Remove even TP and elongate the holes to enable more movement and readings go crazy -34 through to -34 at the other end! I got to -9 at one point but jumping everywhere and when tightened back to - 27ish.
I’ve checked for air leaks and using EvoOllie program. Lambdas switching but even bank AFR warning coming up.
I’m thinking of switching the lambdas to see if issue still arising. Otherwise I’m absolutely out of ideas.
