Air Con/Heater Mods

Hello folks, I am getting a little fed up with the constant flow of hot air from the holes in the dash. The amount of heat is draws from the engine (especially when moving) must be negligible and I do not want to just plug them up with earplugs. Has anyone tweaked the heating/ventilation system so airconditioned/heated air is mixed, as it is in 'normal' cars, and feeds both the punkah louvres and the screen?

there is a mod to stop the airflow coming in (Andy at APM can do it).
You can also shove ear plugs in the holes.

There are plugs you can buy for them. They are about £12 I think. Used to be advertised in Sprint.
