I've had a couple of parts from them and the service has been very good. Stuff turns up next day.

You think they're jammy, try ringing Joolz! I'm telling ya I think Joo is always havin a quick one or something, you get redirected through multiple systems before you get to the answering machine!

Truthfully though, if you're busy, you're busy, if the resources are there to pay someone to just answer the phones all day then sorted, but if you expect the mechs to be at your beck-n-call 24-7, they'll never get any work done, concentration requires 100% commitment to the job in hand otherwise bits start falling off when you drive out!

Phones probably caught fire with the amount of "Le Mans 2005" merchandise they've been selling!! and they are pretty short staffed due to holidays? Or i was just lucky when i rang???
