God I love my car

After having to wait 3 weeks without it whilst waiting to get a new starter motor...this weekend made me realise why I have it. Glorious sunshine matched with a visit to a town where I have never seen another TVR, and yes everyone turns around and gives thumbs up etc. Stopped in the high street to look in an estates agents window, and the number of comments I heard whilst stood there was amazing. A long the lines of "jeez look at that, 4.5 too that thing must shift" and yeah it does really really shift! :) Happy to be back in the seat!

Glad I'm not the only one! With all the other options out there I have been seriously considering 'moving on'. But then I see how beautiflu my car is! What a design Icon....how can I ever sell it.....

Well said. The attention the car pulls stuns me. Mind you, i prefer the looks of fury from onlookers who cannot handle the pops and bangs. How many other cars can do that?

I know what your saying about some of the comments on here. The forum seemed a much nicer place a year ago. Was one of the reasons I took the plunge.

Must admit, in my (tiny little) mind there is nothing out there that even comes close to a Tiv. Mine's a Chimaera 450 in dark blue.

Agreed.....just spent 10 days away on holiday, couldn't wait to go for a blat. Filling up at the local station i was so concious of EVERYONE glancing over Was probably my none to discreet approach to the forecourt, cracking and popping away merrily!!!!!! Even had a young kid stop me as i reversed out of the driveway asking if he could take a pic of the car!!!!!! I love it!
