Do Tuscan wheel nuts fit Cerbs?

I am 90% certain they dont fit.
I assume you are talking spider wheels.
Jeep wheel nuts fit.

Tuscan and Cerb wheel nuts are different. Taper is a different angle.

I'm buying a set of Tuscan wheel nuts (presumably on Spiders) and want to fit 4.5 RL alloys to my 4.2 Cerb.

No good I'm afraid. Whilst the thread is the same, the taper of the seat is very definately different. The nuts don't make proper contact with the wheel. Why not drop Shinynuts a mail, I'm sure they'll be able to help you out.

I emailed them today asking about fitting my Shiny nuts from my Tuscan to my new Cerb, they said they fitt, no problem.

Tuscans dont have 4.5 RL wheels.

Emailed Jeremy at Shinynuts and he replied that the Tuscan and Cerb share the same hub dimensions and the nuts are the same. He also added that both the Cerb 4.2 Oz wheels and 4.5 RLs share the same wheelnuts.

I have now picked up these nuts and they fit the 4.5 wheels beautifully (and the 4.2s).

Edited to add that they really are a beautifully engineered bit of kit - highly recommended.

Just want to add my bit for JFS and his Shiny Nuts too. Brought a set late last year, and they do look the part. It is also nice to see somebody have an original idea, and make something of it. Comes with a nice calendar as well.

I thought the tuscan wheels don't fit the rear of the Cerb due to offset, i think it's marginal but they are prone to rubbing on the inner wheel arch, so a dealer told me.

That cause you only use the front tuscan wheels all round a cerb for the offset.
