air con problem

air con button dosnt work when pressed but when hot heater switch ids pressed it comes on but hot heater dosnt work any idea,s any 1?

Follow the wires up to the control box in the passenger footwell, you should unplug the unit and try it the other way around, or just check that one of the metal pins hasn't bent when it was last put in, this usually is the problem
