Replace Release Bearing on RP Slave

The bearing still seem's fine, but I'd like to replace it as they aren't at all expensive, and the current one is seven years old

Any tips on changing it?

I don't want to risk damaging the slave itself as it has been totally reliable (unlike the OEM one I had before)
