Superb weather itching to get out and she will not start:furious: Been sitting plugged into the trickle charge as per normal went to fire her up all I got was a rapid machine gun like noise nothing else,(sorry to be non technical :) ) checked the charger and it does show the battery on a low charge looks like one wasn't charging or the battery wasn't accepting!!! Trying another method via a charger and cigarette lighter....fingers crossed  Will let you know how we go....might try AA just been given complimentary homestart???!!!

Cheers Dan....AA Here in under the hour and got her started, after I had to use the door overide to get in..the battery was that flat!!, left ticking over and going for a spin shortly, AA said battery seems to be taking charge, but windows and door mechanism still don't work even with it ticking over all other electrics seem OK can't see it being both fuses for doors etc can it???

Try 3 fuses!! Can't get into boot, that doesn't work either so I can't get in to check them!! (well easily )

Doors and windows now working but will not start even after leaving it running yesterday, thought better of taking for a run just in case I got stranded!!...looks like (and hoping) it's just the battery giving up, but feel a lot happier just having it all checked over, so got it jump-started and dropped it off at Gatwick TVR...just too busy and impatient to get a replacement battery at Halfwits (or its equivalent) need to know that I can just climb in, fire her up and go Why is it you feel the need to drive when you can't??

Back to normal cobwebs well and truly blown away, just a battery required, the usual 5* service from Gatwick TVR, looking forward to the weekend and would you believe it....thunder storms
