Cerbera 4.5 cold Starting

Just wanted to check something

When i start my Cerb from cold i depress the pedal silghtly and once fired up keep it depresed for 30 secs to a minute after which it will idle nicely.

It wont idle properly for the fisrt 30 secs to a minute if i lift of the pdeal it will go very lumpy and stall.

Most modern cars when cold idle at sightly higher revs for the initial start up automatically and then settle at the normal level after a short while

Is this normal?

Yes..... depending on your individual ecu and engine build, cerbs will often need a warming period before they will run on their own.

Just take a minute when starting and enjoy the interior.... at least it's worth looking at... unlike many other cars
