I went for a ride in an F40 today.
Up until now, the most scared I have ever been in a car was in Ronan’s 4.7 Cerbera (and he can really drive some), but the F40 was even more savage.
The numbers (bhp, weight etc) fail to tell the story, the F40 feels like it has about 200bhp more than the quoted numbers.
One curiosity for me, is that the cabin had a very distinctive Cerbera smell (sans leather of-course), i couldn’t understand it. I thought the F40 was all carbon fibre (no fibreglass) and I’m not sure the Cerbera smell is fibreglass anyway.
Anyways, thought I would share that experience with you all - one that i shall never forget!
