It would help if you had said where you are based. Your profile doesn't show a location either.

Str8six.
Thoroughly decent people and the lads know TVR’s inside-out.

I'm affraid to say I've had exactly the same experience as Peter. I don't mind paying for a good service and expert engineers but i have had the car back with loads of problems over the last few years. Also paid for stuff which hasn't been done! a 12k service and i know the tappets were not checked.
I understand mistakes happen but had way to many for coincidence and to have your pants pulled down on the price each time just rubs the salt in.

I had the same from the Indy I used and promoted for years, but the owner went off elsewhere and it went rapidly downhill, culminating in my new paintjob damaged, engine install left lots of issues and they left me to resolve all the issues.

Which is why I now go to Str8Six, even though it's a distance away. Their attention to detail is noticeable

Hi Peter

Powers Performance every time for me, 16yrs and counting. Based near Coventry, a short drive from Junction 3 M6.

Depends where you live and how far you want to travel really.

Kind regards
Simon

Hi Peter (and anyone else) sorry to hear you had an issue with them. Would you mind sending me your email via the PM function here, to discuss. I am yet to post about my experience... :/

Thank you.

Cheers Rob

I've always been happy with the work done by Powers Performance. I've had a few bits and pieces done there over the last couple of years.

There's usually a pretty good assortment of Cerbs and S6 cars on the ramps in there. (Along with the usual RV8 riff-raff biggrin)
