After lurking in the background for a while I finally bought a Cerbera, it’s a 4.5 in great condition in almost every way. I’m very pleased with it after lusting for 20+ yrs, there’s plenty of cars that I’ve liked over the years but none as much as this.
Unfortunately the rubber seal at the bottom of the screen has come away on the passenger side about 15”. It’s not actually a seal as it looks like the screen is bonded in, it looks more like a trim that is set in the mastic to finish it off,it’s not flapping about in the wind but it is loose. I’m thinking of masking taping up to the seal, and just using a bit more mastic to hold it in place or maybe some contact adhesive. There’s no leaks in the car so I thought it’d be ok. Obvs if it doesn’t work out well I’ll have the screen refitted. Really appreciate some advice. Thanks.

I had the same thing and used some Permatex black silicone on it. I believe you’re supposed to use black Sikaflex 221.
Welcome to the club and glad you’re enjoying it, they are amazing cars, but some can be a little “needy”.
