I wouldn't part with more than £14-15K for a cat D repaired 99, even thats probably optimistic. So if you can repair it for less than £4K you're welcome. I'd be surprised if it can though.

Damaged Cerberas have always been a premium, no logic to this unless you can test drive it as there could also be machanical problems. When i looked at buying a damaged one last year even having it fixed at trade price there was no financial benefit.
