Now I 'know' I shouldnt laugh, and its not big or clever, but.....

Took the cerb into central London for the 1st time today (well, Aldgate is as central as I get). Driving round the Aldgate one-way system, thought i'd make some noise but didnt notice (honestly)I was near the tube station.

Up the revs, back off BANG BANG...rattat..tat.

At least 3 people ducked for cover

NB Should have been a '?' in the title

You are right we shouldn't laugh......but that is very funny!
Similar thing happened when I was driving my Cerb towards Knightsbridge past the Natural History Museum, accelerated away from the lights, traffic ahead, let off the throttle and the same result!I managed to get a coach load of school kids jumping out of their skin!!

As someone who works in the City this is not funny, please do as I did on Sunday and do it at the end of Downing Street. I was a little worried when the to Police men with guns spun around on the spot!!!and took aim.

Cheers

Sorry mate, its in general gassing Here

Whats your bag then, its certainly not parking

Im sure I said it before (bear with me, drivel mode activated) but...

Once, a band of rapscallion yoofs encouraged me (against my will) to rev up the cerb. I reluctantly obliged them, and immediately an old lady half turned towards me and started falling sideways - she caught herself by stepping into the fall, took several steps not to topple over, IIRC someone else was holding onto her arm. Just a note to self to be sensible (as always! )
