Hi folks. My clumsy size 9s have broken my brake light switch. I’ve ordered 2 online from motor factors and neither has fitted (both were too large). Can anyone help with a part number or link to order one? It’s a 2000 speed six (pre facelift).

Does this one look right? It says it is but I have never fitted one.

I suspect the "large white switch" they refer to is one of these, as used on earlier cars?

Yup Mike,
That looks like the one and is a quarter of the price
BUT
It is not listed with its retaining nut, which is the bit that I have lost banghead

Lots more on Ebay, some show a nut but ideally I think you need two so you can adjust the switch?

looks like just a nut is nearly as much as a switch with nut! Guess they are so cheap most of cost is p&p !

Hi

Mine just broke and I ordered and fitted (today) an Intermotor 51690 from tvrparts200 on eBay.

Fitted perfectly, exact same size but more robust construction. A bit more expensive at £12.00 but postage free and I got it next day.

I didn’t know there was an alternate parts list……I would be very interested to see it if it exists.

It's a sticky at the top of the Cerbera section:
