How much oil?

Apologies for a dull thread, but i'm faced with doing my own oil changes now & i'm not sure how much oil to order ( i use Castrol RS 10 60 which i have to order from them direct ). The manual says it holds 6 litres, i assume thats what i require? ( i know i'm probably being dense, but its the same manual that says its got 420BHP, only use Mobil 1, & that the back wheels are 1" bigger than the fronts, etc, etc.. :rolleyes:.., so i figure it's safer to check first! )

Its a '98 4.5 by the way.
