CP5200 calipers

I appreciate that it's too late for you but for anyone else trying to remove seized bleed screws I recommend using a socket and T bar, never a spanner

Even with that set up, in a vice with gentle heat and having been soaked in penetrating fluid for a few days there was no way it would have come out intact. I'm guessing the build up of corrosion had weakened the casting around the threads. At least the other three came out ok, so technically I only need half a caliper!

That is a strange failure mode
Usually the bleed nipple snaps, leaving half stuck in the caliper
I've heard it's possible to remove the remnant using spark erosion, though I've no experience of that myself
Yeah spark erosion works, I had to get a couple of mine out that way in the past.Usually the bleed nipple snaps, leaving half stuck in the caliper

For a replacement try the TVR breakers and also the Lotus forum section, my mates Exige S1 has these calipers on the front.
