Rev counter circuit board and handbrake warning light

I’ve discovered that the circuit board has stopped supplying power to the back light LED as seen in the pic. The led and bulb holder work fine (the black holder seen in the aperture in the dial body) but there seems to be no voltage in the PCB connection. Has anyone else had similar issues with the rev counter. Also I think my handbrake led has also failed. When I by pass the handbrake switch it doesn’t light up.
