Hi all,

Ok, now that the Cream event is just a few weeks away, we need to get things into motion.

Theres a huge number of us travelling up from WAY down south and it would be murderous to drive up on the day...

So...

The idea is, that we all get together the Friday night before Cream, and stay over at a hotel and soak up the local nightlife a little, a few drinks, some food etc...

this way we'll be fresh for the fun day after....

Please all, have a good think on this one, a long drive up and then straight onto the track or enjoying the event will not be an easy-task if you're grumpy and slagged off with being cramped in your cerbie for the past 3+ hours (and if your other half is the passenger, I'm sure she wont be too chuffed either)....

Graham needs the numbers in by the end of this week... so he can find a good well-priced hotel for all of us and also organise some night action for those of us who want to grab some action out on the town...

So hit the reply button and lets get this orgie on the move!

Graham, count me in! :)

Count me in with one please Ash. ...this was going to be my plan anyway, but with a group of fellow Cerby owners this would be much more fun.....

I have been trying this week and most hotels are already fully booked for saturday sunday. Got in a place called the steer inn wilberfoss and I think that they still have a few rooms. (york about 6 miles Elvington about 3-4 miles).
Looking forward to the weekend.
Any news on noise levels after Grahams visit to Elvington this weekend.

If people could email me at tcr@tvr-cerbera.com with the following.

1) Names of those staying
2) Room type (double, twin, single etc)
3) Smoking on non

I'll see where I can find a deal - York and surrounding area is booked out to a catering
conference though, so it will be closer, but not near the venue.

A golden rule "do not take your lady to the same hotel where you humped the waitress previously!"
