Found this in my tyre-- decided to risk pulling it out.
was about 3/4 of an inch long but embedded in the tyre diagonally.

no air leaking out, safe to leave it or am i risking a blow out maybe at speed?, repairable or new tyre?

Why take the risk? £100 tyre v's lose your life?
You ought to change 2 tyres at once. ie even wear is important.
