Cerbera type approval

Can anyone tell me which EU directives the Cerbera conforms with? Is there any indication on the type approval you receive with a new car?

NZ have imposed tighter restrictions on car imports and it looks like TVRs will no longer be allowed in!

I'm from NZ too (currently in UK) an was thinking about taking a TVR back home. Where did you find the information about these regulations?

Do they just apply to newer cars?
