Just looked at it on Ebay and it looks about right for a 4.2 (maybe even a little steep) assuming it is immaculate and has decent suspension etc.

Just had a look on the dealers site some very good photo's of it, looks very good. 19000 miles is a bit too low on a 6 year old car though.(although it has only averaged 4000 miles between services).

I know it's a 4.2 but, so was the one I've been in(byffs) and that was quick enough for me.
Although I still prefer this one, it will probably be gone by the time i've sold the Saab though.It seems to have gained an awful lot of power from somewhere.

Your right it is nice, I've just read the advert again ONE YEAR WARRANTY on a six year old cerby that has got to be worth a lot of money. That means you can drive it "briskly" for a year and if anything goes wrong with the engine clutch or gearbox, they fix it(In other words a years worry three motoring and just before the warranty's up you get it checked out make sure it's still perfect).I'm tempted to give him a ring to ask him what the trade in is on the Saab(probably about half what it's worth) Only trouble is it's in chichester and i'm 4 hours away in Staffs.

Thanks for that,I suppose they try and wriggle out of them when they realise how expensive they are to fix.
I wonder if any body knows the 420hp one in Nottingham, it was the one pistonheads did the roadtest on(in the avdert) maybe Ted did it, it's a good write up.
I could E-mail the advert to Tom (minimax) see if he knows it, he's in Nottingham.
