Wheel refurb / replacement
Discussion
I've currently got 9 year old 16" original wheels, which are starting to look a tad tired.
I know of a place in Brum that will re powder coat them for about £100, thing is I'm not sure I like the idea of the car sitting on my drive on axle stands, or the like.
Any advice please ?
I was thinking of putting a second hand set on, if anyone's seen a set for sale.
I met someone at cream who had put 17 or 18" wheels on, and wasn't keen on the drive.
Any suggestions welcome.

Drop Speed8 (Andy) a line, I'm pretty certain he has a set of Cerb wheels he wants to sell.
As for refurbs, I had my Tuscan wheels done by Wicked Wheels, they only had to keep it for one night (two days).
I had a bad experience with Wicked Wheels, and would not recommend them.
There are several really good places around here, Spit and Polish for one. There service is second to none and a total refurb for £50 all in.
I understand that Cerberas handle best on 16's.
Edited to add I have RL 17's and very happy

I got mine re-furbished for about £120 all in for five by these guys www.wheelrefurbishing.co.uk/
Free pickup and delivery if you're near them.
I also have a set of 16" Tuscan rims you can borrow/have. I ran them for a while on mine until I swapped back to the originals. (they are on my profile pic)
