Alarm Problems

I wonder if someone could help me?

The central locking light is illuminated, I can open the door but the alarm goes off.

I can disarm the immobiliser and start the car but when I get out the alarm goes off.

The remote fob has no effect whatsoever. I have replaced the batteries in it and I have also tried my spare with new batteries in but to no avail.

This happened with me only a few weeks back.

I think you'll find the 'blippers' are the problem, I has threen new fobs programmed to the alarm and it's been fine since.
