using the software
Discussion
I may be wrong but it sounds like your are in the real time logging screen.
If you right click on the mouse you can choose which traces are shown and also get the option to save each under a new file name to compare later. There's another's screen which is the diagnostic which shows numerical readouts for various sensors including throttle, ignition, barometric pressure etc. this window can be toggled up and down using page down/up as previously mentioned and shows the log faults. It sounds like this is the screen you are after. It should all be in there somewhere, but if you're still not getting what you want maybe you have a different version of the software. I can mail you a zip file of the copy kindly sent to me by Eddie 4.2 if that helps. Let me know and I'll sort it out.
Cheers
David

thanks David - I got that screen and the numbers screen. But I cant see a fault logging screen.
Sounds strange, even the very first versions of the software that were distributed among the dealers running old laptops and win 3.1 (remember that?) had all the pages and functions enebled.
as far as i'm aware the only updates were to accomodate the extra features for the sp6 models.
as a diagnostic tool though the realtime logging functio/screen is by far the most useful . the numerical screens don't change the numbers fast enough to tell you about very quick changes .. with the graph disply you have a visual record of what's *just* happened which is much more useful. I use the numerical pages for basic set-up only, then teh graphical display for everything else.
