Progress on the main chassis rebuild etc. on my Cerbera has been slowed by a couple of things.

Firstly, I decided to install a Quaife ATB. This lead to the purchase of a later model diff and all the associated rework that will entail. I'll write more about that when done, but its taken focus away from the main project for a couple of months now.

Still need to finish setting the backlash but its almost done.

The second was unexpected brake line failure on my old Rover - not surprising as the lines looked like the original ones from 55 years ago. This spiraled into a complete brake line replacement and calliper rebuild (using left over paint from the Cerbera callipers....). New stainless hoses from HEL completed the project.

Those are not standard Rover brakes, the car was changed to Mazda FD 'batmobile' front brakes and discs many years ago. The positive thing is that replacing the Cerbera brake lines on a bare chassis should be much more enjoyable.

The Rover has the old Cerbera Nitron front shocks and drivers seat fitted, so sorta qualifies....hehe
