Bolt in the very corner of the bottom of the door...

Anyone got any clever suggestions of how to remove this incredibly tight bolt from the bottom of the passenger door?
I've tried from below with mirror and ratchet, but the head just rounded of slightly and it bluntly removed to unbolt. WD40 is going to be difficult as you are spraying upwards at it, so I am guessing either:
a. Hammer a bit tightly into the bolt and try again to twist it out
b. Drill the damn thing out (difficult from underneath) and maybe even jack up the car to get more space
c. Try some screw removal tool
All thoughts appreciated

Is the head too far gone to get a socket on?

I am actually wrong in my description, it is (or was) a hex head countersunk screw, which appears to have rusted on courtesy of the steel washer that is around it.
I tried various hex head and variation head sizes on screwdrivers and ratchets, screw extractors and anything else I could think of and still can't move it so it looks like it's time to drill the head off of it or similar...

Sometimes a torx bit hammered in works, if the background is solid enough, i’m doubtful in this case. Other option is to drill it out, luckily by its nature your drill bit will be centred nicely. I do have some left had drill bits for this situation and find they eventually grab and pull it out. Looks like M6 hex bolt? so start with 4mm and go up in size, no bigger than 6mm or you ll knacker the thread up.
