how do you post a pic?

i've got a good one of when my cerb and a pheasant got to know each other!

1st you need to upload it to some webspace. photobucket and Fotango are used a lot. Or try uncledaves - http://ph.uncle-dave.co.uk/upload/index.php

then you need to post the url to the image surrounded by [pic] and [/pic], without any spaces
