Gents

Got a slightly unusual problem, when the main headlights are turned on the light power relay box ( metal cased one) starts to emit a high pitched buzzing noise?
This is on both dip and main, fine on sidelights.

Any ideas other than replace the box?
Could it be something else in the circuit?

Matt

Any different between ignition on/off? There is a 'dim dip' function which provides dimed headlights with ignition on, sidelights on.

Drove me mental when I re-wired mine with direct feeds.

Other than that, try removing the fuses for the headlights and see if its load related.

I had to re-wire mine, as the main connections do burn out. Fairly common to have to do this.
