This may sound like a strange question, but do speed 6 Cerberas sound like Cerberas or tuscans? They are a lot newer than 4.5's for the same price but I want something that sounds as good as a v8 cerby.
If they do sound like tuscans is there any way to make them louder?

they're very quiet, but can sound nice with a sports exhaust on.

You'll never get a straight 6 to sound like a flat-v8... but the straight 6 can sound like a banshee at speed with the right sports system... JSG had a custom kit made by CCC or something, racing bike custom cans - and everyone knew it was him, his tuscan could be heard in france!

I've followed james in his xkr that also has a very special exhaust on it.

Try listening to kevin63's S6. It was a typical S6 sound until Joolz (trackcar) put a sports exhaust on. The car now sounds awesome. Pops and bangs like a AJP8. If I had got a S6, then this would be one of the first upgrades.

The standard Sp6 back box sounded good, with the speed six growl evident, but the pop and bangs very muffled. This was soon sorted with the ACT performance system. Very loud, letting out the full Speed Six Howl at high revs. Pops and Bangs are more pronounced on over run. I had De-Cat pipes fitted for 2 weeks before i replaced them as it was just to loud, and to much on long journeys.

The S6 Cerb I heard a month ago dissapointed. The Saggy S6 was awesome . . . Proper pipes would do the trick.

Yesterday I read about a black 375 horse RR Tam . . . that could be done on the Cerb as well I guess.

Is making noise your game Raf Dug?

Still the AJP6 in a Cerb makes good sense

Saggy specs and it's 400 horsies which is more than standard 4.2/4.5 . . .

Sorry raf dug, didn't understand the question. But the car to which i refer is mine, as been for some time. still sounds excellent as well, although the clutch slave cylinder has gone at the moment, add it to the list.
