Hi everyone,
A quick question really, has anyone experienced when driving over 50MPH+ getting a very subtle airflow through the tiny de-mist holes on top of the dash, also a slight bit of warm air coming under the steering column. Problem is I cannot actually pin-point it. The lack of being able to bend myself in half has also stopped me.
Although must search for a nice blonde to see if she' could check whilst I drive :he he:
I do remember from my last cerb there was a recall about putting some sponge up into the wing, as air goes through the front (light pod or hole next to indicator) up though the wing and into the car.
Has anyone found some sponge up there, or done this fix?
Thanks in advance
Deano

I'll have a look at mine Dean. At the moment I get something very puzzling once the car is up to temp. I get a sauna effect coming through the window vents or gearbox vent. Absoulutely pure steam. Its quite weird seeing it dissapearing out of the now open windows like an early morning dylanesque fog. Is yours just air rather than steam?

Dean,
I seem to recall reading a posting on an aircon fix than involved entering the front wing through the headlight opening and fixing the flap closes with cardboard and foam, this fixes the poor aircon operation, I guess this is what you are thinking of? sorry cant be more detailed, do a search on aircon upgrade.
Pete.

Images are terrible, i've lightened up a few in 'PS' (ones's i used) but a lot a quite useless anyway. I wonder now, since the age of the car, and now it has ceased production, whether someone can get hold of some later versions. plus the missing sections!
Dean
Still, no matter its got to be flipping useful thing to have, can't wait to have a look at it!
