AJP Tightening torque's ETC

Need the tightening torque's for the complete 4.2 AJP8 engine.

Also any one know what the Standard Valve Head size's, Cam lift are.

And how to set the Cam's Timing chain up.

Good source as well for T5 gearbox part's.
