Was due to pick up my new Cerbie tomorrow, due i hasten to add...
Had a phone call this evening, a very embarrassed one may i add, from the current owner, he'd gone out for that one last blast as you do, as i did in the chim yesterday (a 400 mile one !!) and done the unthinkable, stuffed it into a lamp post coming off a greasy island, so Mark, if you come on here, i hope you're OK...
Take it easy out there fella's, one less Cerb out there, should keep the residuals up (and the insurance!!) and back to the drawing board for me, god it took me Soooooo long to find my perfect Cerb !

Awwww that's a real shame for you and Mark of course .. is the car very badly damaged?
Good luck in yuor search again .. nice cars are out there, as you have found out they can be hard to track down but keep at it .. you seem very keen to get a cerbie so perserverence will pay off in the end. You may still get a great xmas prezzie for yourself

That is mighty bad luck, but at least all are OK.
Those roads are indeed dodgy at the moment - had a bit of a jiggle myself today while accelerating hard in 2nd in a straight line
Yep, i had a moment in 3rd yesterday from about 40, all's ok with mark, (muppet) and the Cerbs looking quite sorry for itself apparently...

Bummer, never mind I'm sure you'll find another one.
But thats made my mind up, the cerb is staying in the garage. I'm not wrapping it round anything then having to explain it to my other half when he gets home.
That piccie in your profile nearly made me cry, the car i was picking up tomorrow was that in Black

I know the cerbera is powerful but if you keep it below 3000 rpm, theres only 150bhp or so coming out. Save the upper reaches of the rev range for really straight bits with a grippy surface.
Sorry to hear about your ruined purchase BTW. Maybe it's fate and you'll find a better car at a better price.....
