Not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but a mate of mine pointed out that I had a St Andrews Cross on my Cerbera's bonnet on Sunday morning.

It seems that the heavy frost had covered my car in a layer of white, but not evenly over the bonnet. Because of the way the bonnet is designed, the frost had coated certain parts more than others, giving the appearance of a cross, which (as my car's Imperial Blue) made it look just like a St Andrews Cross, which is nice as I was born in Scotland. Might be because of diagonal strengthening members or something?

Anyone else seen this?

If you have a red Cerb, it'd look like a St George's Cross.

Any other national flags observed?!

Mine's Blue & I always get the cross,

Looking at the engine bay, It's hard to see why the heat does that.

The bonnet has a strenghtening cross. This simply effects the surface temp of the bonnet a little which then starts to melt frost at different rates. I think!
