How can I make the car more comffy ?

I'd love to take the car to Italy, but there's no way the missus will suffer the passenger seat & jarring off the bumps for that kind of distance.
I find the seats o.k., but I guess everybody's posture is different, is there an inflatable back pad I could install ? (I've already looked at replacing the missus with an inflatable version, but it can't vaccuum the stairs)
Also your teeth feel like they're going to break when you go over a bump, what can I do with the shocks ?

I had AVOs too before I fitted Nitrons, and they were a little harsh. This was on the TVR factory springs. I think the AVOs may go better on a slightly stiffer spring, Joo@trackcar could advise.
Other than that, check the tyre pressures, it looks like you got the 16" wheels aready with 45% profile tyres - so at least you're not on ultra low profiles.

If you have the 16s on your car (looks like it from your propfile piccie) then go for the cerbera SP6 tyre set as in 225/50 16 front and rear on goodyear eagle f1 .. was very soft .. you can pick up spare sets of 16 inch wheels for about 150 pounds on ebay.
also make sure that on your avos you've not got the std factory springs fitted still .. they are known to sag noticeably and go coil-bound ( where the coils touch each other). You can make useful gains by going to a slightly stiffer spring that keeps the coils away from each other .. even thoug the spring is nominally a stiffer rate it feels softer because it doesn't go coil bound over bumps.
If you stay sensible on spring rate you won't need too much damper stiffness to control the spring either.
