John, you will soon realise, it dose'nt matter what the mileage is. It will always be the "wrong" mileage.
You say it has 6k That's to low
if it had 60k that would be to high![]()
If I were looking for a cerb I'd be more interested in the Chassis, Price, What upgrades it's had, Service history, and how it runs, than the mileage.
Nope, tbh if I was looking now and knowing what I know about cerbs I would rather it had 60k than 6k.

Quinny , Do I know you then - give us a clue ??
Mine('96 4.2) only had 16000 miles on it in October 2004 (1 month before i bought it) It now has 33,000 miles on it
and is running like a dream. BUT within 1 week of ownership the niggles started
Ribbon Cable (twice)
Gearbox
Clutch
Flywheel
Bellhousing
Suspension
Discs
Driveshaft
Exhaust
and now the (expensive) niggles have only just stopped. If I was to do it again I'd be looking for at least 5-6000k miles put on the car per year of ownership (plus fsh) to make sure any potential niggles were completely out.
Saying that I'd also sell most of my vital organs to keep it on the road as well
That's not to say a low mileage example will be as needy as mine has been, but it's quite likely. All IMHO of course. Good luck with the sale.
