Don't know whether the Cerb is the same as the Chimaera but I think the Chimaera has a little 'door' on the right hand side of the footwell at the top which can be left open by mistake after the summer - can't remember how you close it though (two years since I sold mine) - which directs cold air straight onto your feet if left 'open' ...
There is an air vent just under the dash, same as the eyeball vents under the steering wheel, etc. Can't remember if it's right knee or left knee, left I think. Anyway, it might be open and it will bring in cold air only, turn it to closed and things should be better.

I had same problem, the cold air comes in from where the holes are next to the front indicators and goes straight up through the wings and down onto your feet, so what i did was to put a plastic bag up into the front wings behind the headlamps and filled it with expanding foam, bingo, no cold air on your feet.

Mine blows hot air on to your tootsy via the vent in the drivers side foot well.
If you havn't found it, look at the ashtray & put your hand to the right of it, then run your hand along the transmission tunnel, the vent is quite high, almost under the steering cowl.
If it doesn't hit your feet whilst open, the outer edge of the vent can be spun around.

Gearbox tunnel cover. Roughly where your left shin is, there is a flip vent that allows hot air in (the same as on the passenger side footwell). I didn't spot it for 3 weeks and had very cold legs despite the cold air vent being closed. I have it permanently open now (the hot one) and everything is fine.

Depends on the model year. Ventilation has never been a Cerbera strong point. The above is true of the "Mk 1" Cerberas but in the later versions there isn't a vent on the tunnel but there is an eyeball vent under the steering column. The heater/aircon works OK in a Mk1 ...unless you're really shifting at which point it sucks in more cold air than the heater matrix can cope with. Unless you're crawling along, it's almost impossible to get warm air in the footwells in the later versions.
Get dancing on the pedals and "stimulate some adrenaline" is a way of dealing with the problem....
If you have a later LW model there are 2 eyeball vents in the lower steering column. 1 for cold air (slightly higer up) and 1 for hot air (further towards feet). The major headache is that it uses a common pressure system (1 for hot and 1 for cold) and you'll need to balance out the air output with the pasangers side.
Cold air seems to be biased to the driver and warm air to the pasanger. So by closeing the pasangers heat vents more and limiting the screen vents it's possible to get a high flow of hot air to the drivers footwell (seemingly the last vent on the chain thus lower pressured). And in reverse open the cold air vents on the passangers side to keep more of the cold air over to the LHS of the car. Obviously in the end all this air balances out in the car but keeps the driver nice and tosty.
Took us about 30 mins of fiddling in order to get a suitable balance for both driver an passanger. We don't adjust the vents now we only need to change the fan speed.
