Over Heating

Help me........Car seems to get very hot water starts coming out of the header tank and up the window fans are coming in about 105 what can it be

Air lock is more often the cause.
Bleed the system and hopefully all should be well.

False alarm. The fans are measured independantly by the ECU. they come on at 92 and 96 IIRR. When your fans first comes on the temp is actually 92. This means your capillary guage is overreading if it says 105 at this point.

Try checking the course of the temp gauge tube. it comes from the passenger side front wheelache black rubber tubing and snakes back to the dash. Try rerouting the tube away from the hot parts and it'll read a little better

The water is coming out? From the cap?
Bad seal maybe, it's a standard cap (VW iirc). If not then I would echo the other trio.
