where for cerbera service?

hi all, can anyone recommend a place to get my Cerbera serviced that is closest to bromley/chislehurst area?

i always go to austec, and i know there great, but it is quite far.

In your area (close to me in Greenwich) there aren't that even vaguely close, so you have to eat into your service interval to get anywhere.

TVR acredited you have Walldonway in Larkfield (near Maidstone) who still do official servicing and parts, not sure what their rates are these days. Dream Machines in Heathfield and Gatwick TVR who are just slightly closer to you than Austec, as well as London TVR at Kings Cross and TVR Centre in Barnet.

Specialist wise, I'd say David Batty in Guildford is the cloest, though I'm not sure if he does Cerbies, otherwise Leven in Essex may be a little closer. I use APM all the way down in Liphook (Hampshire) myself for servicing and major work, then Austec for minor work as they are easier to get to.

To be honest, you'd probably be best off sticking to Austec, as their rates are good and they have courtesy cars.

Rob, I have to set you straight there, I've no idea where people get the impression DB is a Rover only man. He owns a Tuscan and has serviced AJP8 and Speed 6 engined tivs for a many years now. The only problem with using David is booking a slot in busy his Calendar.

All apologies to the fella, not been in contact with him since my S days and hadn't heard the name in Cerby circles myself, hence unsure whether he made the jump to TVR engines

Guess he needs more plugging on Cerby and above TVR-engine cars, but as with a lot of the specialists, if his current customers need to book months ahead he hardly needs to spend money on advertising
