Shouldn't really need to do an oil change, but you will not see any noticeable difference in oil pressure as the viscosity of the two oils at the operating temp of your engine is the same 15W/40 and 10W/40. At start up or a cold running engine the oil pressure will be higher on the oil that is currently in it, as it has a cold rating of 15W which is thicker than the Magnatec at 10W.
Best advice would be to find out why your oil pressure is lower than it should be, get that problem sorted and then stick to a good synthetic of anywhere between 5W-40 to 15W-50.
