Hi chaps,

Am just in the process of trying to get the parts together for the ECU cable.
Need two resistors:
R1 = 1k, 0.1%, 0.25W, RC55 (Farnell 339-179 .. replaced by Farnell 9500 723)
R2 = 1k05, 0.1%, 0.25W, RC55 (Farnell 339-192)

Found both of them on the Farnell website but can't order as you have to put a minimum £20 order and one of these is only 70p.
I was trying to look for the equivalent resistor type on Maplins webpage but given that I'm a total muppet when it comes to these electronics things I'm not sure whether I found the correct ones. (wAs looking under Metal Film 0.25W Resistors on the Maplins webpage btw)

I would be grateful if someone could help me select the correct 2 resistors from the Maplins webpage or maybe suggest an alternative source.

Many thanks,
Pete

or use Maplin 'off the shelf' bits.

I used:

1K1 + 1K + a length of network cable - works a treat

If you get stuck Pete, shoot me an email, I bought a couple of spare resistors and can pop them in the post for you.
