Every time I pish the wiper button it blows the fuse which drives the indicators and, obviously, the wipers and squirters. I have tried using higher-rated fuses with the same consequences.

Before I get reported the Royal Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Fuses has anyone got an ideas?

Also, is it possible to de-mist rear light pods?

Cheers

Does pressing the horn or main beam have the same consequences?

de misting requires (as I understand it) removing of perspex covers and then refiting with a good seal.

i had this on my first cerbera, there are 2 ways of dealing with it. 1 make a small hole inside the boot areas, in the black mastic to 'equalise' the air in the pod, otherwise, it's taking the light out, cleaning and resetting with mastic. depends how long you intend to spend inside your boot

cheers guys. Really cheesed off now. Got home last night and headlights would not turn off. Spent an hour in the dark removing every fuse and relay I could find and still headlights beaming away! Let battery run flat overnight and had car towed to mechanics this morning. Gettin very frustrating now, any ideas?

I had this problem with the lights. Pulled up outside my mums, headlights would not switch off. Went inside thinking I will look at them when I get home. Came out and the lights were off. Never happened since. Spooky

I had exactly this problem, it turned out to be the Wiper Control box, mine was located in the passenger footwell.

Looks like this

I have a spare one. Don't know where you are....

Scott

edit. I see you are in essex. I work in the City if you wanted to pick it up and give it a go. Alternatively, maybe someone will let you borrow theirs to try?
