Cerb Newbie - V8S Oldie!
Discussion
Just a line to say hi and that I’ll be moving my allegiance over from the S forum to this one having just chopped in my V8S against a Cerbera. It’s a 2000 4.5 jobbie in metallic viper blue with magnolia leather & 33k miles. Nitrons and a de-catted sports exhaust make it an awesome car.
Having run an S (in one guise or another) for years, this really is a different kettle of fish and in a different league altogether. I just hope I don't miss the classic V8 burble and the wind in your hair experience too much. P*ss poor quality pic below

So you won't be buying mine then now

A man after my own heart there
, been delaying doing this swap for the last year or so myself, even now I'm not sure whether I should or not
.
Lovely looking motor, did you look at many and was it private or a dealer :confuised:. Keith if you have looked at lots recently drop me a line with any details you may feel I should be aware of with the current crop out there

Sorry Rob - but I couldn't wait 'til September Looking forward to Le Mans. I did think the V8S gave a bl**dy good account of itself last year though - some of the others said they couldn't keep up
The way you went with V8S, you'll be knocking on 200 this year, mind you I think your driving experience might have had something to do with it

Ian - will catch up soon no doubt. Harry - I've been looking around for some time but as Rob knows I was really after the viper blue/magnolia combo and this one came up by chance at a dealer with all the extra goodies as well. I've driven a couple of others but this one easily drove the best of them all. I got a fair p/ex price on the V8S too and a years warranty - it really was a no brainer for me. Nothing really I can say apart from that.
