Hopefully going to pick up a set of track wheels sometime soon, but before I jump ahead and do it I thought I'd better check if there is anything else involved other than unscrewing the nuts, swapping the wheels and tightening nuts again, just in case...

The car will have been changed to accept the 18s but you can bolt on the 17s but you just ownt get the full benefit of 17s ie improved turning circle.

Not too worried about the turning circle on the track

As much as I can get for them to offset the cost of my 18s!

I have 2 sets

One set anthracite, needs all tyres, fronts gone, rears going. £200 ish

One set silver, nearly new tyres. £450 ish

All counts on me getting another set of wheels though for me to sell both.

When you say going, I presume you mean the tyres are getting nice and slick

Any pics?

I'll happily relieve somebody of a set of 17" RLs too, assuming Tripps hasn't bagged them first!

Feel free to mail me through my profile...

lol @ you lot.

Pics went out a min ago. Let me know if anyone else wants 'em.

Could well stick them on ebay though and let you all fight amongst yourselves.

Does all kinda hinge on if I can get my other wheels first though.

Has anyone got any 17" front tyres around they want to get ride of by any chance?
