Replacement alarm fob

Does anyone know if it is possable to get a replacement alarm fob? The electrics inside are ok its just the plastic of the fob that has fallen apart.

Would love to know myself as our spare key has been hidden in such a cunning place we can't find it!

How to you program them up to work against your alarm? Is there just a special sequence of actions (fob swaps, buttons presses etc.) like there are for Fords and the like?

There is this one claiming to be a Cerbera fob, but the key bit on the side makes me think it's from another TVR...

I guess it would work though.

You need the software to reset a new fob so you go here

You might have a small A5 sized handbook which came with the car, in it is a card. You need to send the card off to a company (which is probably written on the card, cant remember) and they send you a new fob programmed to work with your cerb. Its not cheap though, I think dream machines said cost was £35 ish, cant remember.

All the dealers use Carl Baker anyway, so as Phil says contact him directly via www.tvruk.tv. He fitted an alarm system to my motorbike yesterday, once again, the usual top quality service reported here on PH.

£42+vat plus £2 carriage - I'm amazed as I paid almost £150 for a second (proper) key on my LCR so was expecting the same sort of figure.

Carl is bonzer and looks after you. he saved me triple the sum that the dealer was going to hit me with.
